A leading company in Amman is looking to hire Receptionist (Female) This candidate will handle the following tasks :
- Answer telephone, screen and direct callsÂ
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain appointment diary
- Co-ordinate Organization meetings
- Monitor and maintain office equipment
- Control inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filling, photocopying, collating faxing etc.
Qualifications required to this job :
- 2 years’ experience in the same positions.
- Very good English Language
- Bachelor Degree.
