Facilities & Maintenance Engineer
The International Community School is inviting applications for February 2018 for the position of Facilities & Maintenance Engineer
Candidates must have the following requirements:-
- Be an engineer with at least 3-5 years’ experience in the management of utilities in schools, hotels or hospitals
- Be presently registered with the JEA
- Be able to follow up the implementation of small and large projects.
- Able to manage the maintenance team and develop in-house related activities
- Experience in the development and implementation of quality, health and safety
- programs related to projects in facilities under operation
- Eager to put in place an effecient preventive maintenance plan
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Very good communication and reporting skills in addition to a dynamic and
- outgoing personality
