Job Description:
Technical Support Specialist's on payment solutions and maintenance POS devices.
Responsibilities:
• *willing to work with the company field and have a back ground on Payment, POS, Hardware.
• Installation on POS software then testing certification
• . Provide training to clients in the use of hardware.
• Maintenance for POS devices.
• Testing products ( Smart Cards, Terminals and more …)
• Hardware configuration as needed.
• Identify, correct and advise on POS.
• To maintain a first support level of customer service
• Willing to learn about our hardware with spare parts.
